基于水质水量分析的多种工业废水处理工艺优化设计与应用

摘要 某工厂在硅新材料生产过程中,排放强酸性高氟废水(污酸)和酸性废水,对其两种废水进行处理,是本工程设计的技术难题。通过对两种工业废水的水质、水量特点的分析,确定了分质前处理与混合后续处理的最佳技术方案,在确保水质处理效果的前提下,有效地降低了工程投资与运行成本。 There is a company, which produces novel material of spathic silica, includes two different wastewaters sources. The first wastewater is highly acidic with high concentrations of fluoride. The second is acidic (pH=1) wastewater. The strategy for the treatment of wastewaters is difficult to evaluate in practice. This study discusses the principals and methods for the design of the wastewater treatment systems basing on the analysis of the difference in quality and quantity, and then proposes the optimum technical strategy with prior and subsequent treatment. The investment in infrastructure and operational costs are significantly reduced to achieve the promising treatment efficiency.
