摘要
以沥青路面早期出现的各种病害为研究对象,根据对普通沥青路面局部切削力的研究,特别是其特殊的材料组成及气候影响后的强度规律研究,选用相应的专用刀具、动力系统及传动机构,提出沥青路面开槽扩缝专用设备的施工工艺,设计完成了具有先进性能、较高可靠性的LK 10沥青路面裂缝扩缝机。经测试及工程实践,证明其性能稳定可靠。
In this paper, different forms of disease damages occurring on asphalt pavement are studied. Based on the study of the local cutting mechanics of common asphalt pavement, especially the particular material constitute and strength affected by weather, the special cutter, the power system and the transmission mechanism are chosen. The technology of expanding cracks on asphalt pavement with special equipment is offered in the paper. A machine of expanding cracks on asphalt pavement that has advanced performance and higher reliability is designed and accomplished.
