摘要
[目的]研究不同粗蛋白水平日粮对种公鸡繁殖性能的影响,找出最佳的添加比例。[方法]以45只21周龄新扬州种公鸡为试验对象,分别设A(11.32%)、B(13.04%)和C(17.23%)3个不同粗蛋白水平的日粮,测定繁殖期种公鸡的精液品质、睾丸性状和生殖激素的含量。[结果]粗蛋白质水平为13.04%的B组公鸡精液量、精子活力和精子密度均明显地高于其他2组,且该组的精子畸形率也最低;日粮粗蛋白水平对成年种公鸡的睾丸性状影响不大,而年龄对公鸡的睾丸性状有着显著的差异(P<0.05);A组的T、LH和FSH含量分别比B组高6.34%、19.64%和3.88%,比C组高7.20%、17.54%和9.84%,但差异不显著。[结论]饲喂13.04%粗蛋白质水平日粮的种公鸡具有更好的繁殖性能和经济效益。
[Objective] To investigate effects of different dietary crude protein levels on reproductive performance and find out the optimal additive proportion of crude protein. [Method] A total of 45 New Yangzhou breeder roosters at 21 weeks old were sampled and divided into three groups,namely,A,B and C groups. They were respectively fed with three kinds of diets including three crude protein levels (11.32%,13.04% and 17.23%). The sperm quality,testicular traits and reproductive hormone levels were analyzed during the overall reproduce period. [Result] The sperm quantity,sperm motility and sperm concentration of the group B which were fed with 14% protein diet were higher than the groups A and C,and the sperm abnormality of group B was lowest; The testicular traits of trial roosters including weight,cubage and spermary index had no significant effects in different protein levels,but were shrink slowly with age (P0.05); The contents of serum testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH) and follicule stimulating hormone(FSH) in group A were higher than those in group B by 6.34%,19.64% and 3.88%,respectively,and those in group C by 7.20%,17.54% and 9.84%. But there were no statistical difference. [Conclusion] The breeder roosters fed with the diet of crude protein level of 13.04% show better reproductive performance and economic efficiency.
