微波辅助提取万寿菊颗粒中总黄酮的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探索万寿菊中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺。[方法]设计正交试验,采用微波辅助有机溶剂法对万寿菊中总黄酮提取方法进行研究。[结果]微波辅助提取万寿菊中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:70%乙醇,固液比1∶8,微波功率300W,微波辅助回流1.0h,温度70℃,提取2次。[结论]采用该工艺提取万寿菊中总黄酮浸膏得率为15.86%,浸膏中总黄酮含量为44.01%,总黄酮收率达到6.98%。万寿菊颗粒渣中总黄酮的提取工艺得到优化。 [Objective] The best extraction technique of total flavonoids from Tagetes erecta was explored.[Method] The orthogonal design was used in the research on the extraction technique of total flavonoids from Tagetes erecta with organic solvent assisted with microwave.[Result] The optimum conditions on the extraction of total flavonoids from Tagetes erecta was as follows:ethanol of 70%,the ratio of solid to liquid of 1∶8,microwave power of 300 W,the return of microwave-assisted of 1.0 h.[Conclusion] The technique ensured a high content of flavonoids extracted,which was the optimization extraction measure of total flavonoids from Tagetes erecta. The extract yield was 15.86%,and the content of the extraction was 44.01%. The extraction yield of flavonoids was 6.98%.
