Biological characteristics of Echl and its relationship with carcinoma

摘要 烯酯酰辅酶A水解酶1(Ech1)是脂肪酸β氧化的关键酶,主要位于过氧化物酶体和线粒体。近年来研究表明,其表达异常与肝癌、胃癌、慢性淋巴细胞白血病等肿瘤有关,但具体作用机制不清楚。Ech家族其他成员与临床疾病的关系也非常密切。 Echl is the key enzyme of fatty acid ]3-oxidation metabolism, and mainly locates in peroxisome and mitochondria. Recent studies indicate that abnormal expression of Echl is related with liver carcinoma, stomach carcinoma and chronic lymphoid leukemia, but the mechanism is not very clear. Other members of Echfamily are also closely related to many diseases.
