摘要
目的探讨职业康复对住院精神分裂症患者的作用。方法将69例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为职业康复组(35例,简称康复组)和对照组(34例),两组在入组后均进行生活料理、社会技能训练,康复组同时还进行职业康复训练。两组均完成了为期6个月的训练。治疗中对两组的精神症状(PANSS)、社会功能(SDSS)、康复状态量表、复发情况进行比较。结果1康复组PANSS、SDSS、康复状态量表评分在第6个月时均显著低于对照组,P均<0.05;26个月中,康复组复发率(9.3%)低于对照组(17.6%),P>0.05。结论在药物治疗基础上,对患者进行康复技能训练,能促进其病情逐步缓解、社会功能恢复。
Obiective Te investigate what about occupational rehabilitation affect on schizophrenic in hospital.Methods A total of 69 schizophrenic in hospital were randomly diveded into two groups.There were 35 patients in occupational rehabilitation and there were 34 ones in the control groups.Two groups had been to arrange living and social skills,but the EG have been occupational rehabilitation training.The training time was 6 months. In the period of time,the groups＇s PANSS,SDSS,the scale of rejuvenescence condition and recurrence condition were compared.Results ①the EG＇s PANSS,SDSS and the scale of rejuvenescence condition were less than the CG＇s on the sixth month （P〈0.05）.②the EG＇s recurrence rate（9.3%） was less than the CG＇s（17.6%） on the sixth month following up. Conclusion In the found of medication,giving the patients rehabilitation skills can relieve the patient＇s condition and improve their social function.
