摘要
基层民主是社会主义民主的一个重要组成部分。搞好社会主义基层民主制度的建设,是发展社会主义民主的一个重要方面。社会主义基层民主制度的建设过程包括社会主义基层民主制度的建立、运行、发展等具体过程。在这些过程中都客观存在着成本的付出问题。探讨社会主义基层民主制度的建立、运行和发展过程中的成本问题,既有助于客观认识我国当前发展社会主义基层民主的现实状况,也有助于采取有效措施进一步提高社会主义基层民主制度建设的绩效。
The grass-roots democracy is an important integral part of socialist democracy. Promoting the construction of the socialist grass-roots democracy system is an important aspect of the development of socialist democracy. The construction process of the socialist grass-roots democracy system includes the specific process of establishment, running and development of it. In these processes, there are some cost problems objectively . To explore the cost problems of the specific process of establishment, running and development of it would not only help us to an objective understanding of the situation of it in China currently, but also help us to take effective measures to further enhance the performance of the construction of the socialist grass-roots democracy system.
