摘要
本文剖析了企业兼并在我国产生的原因，通过对我国企业兼并现状分析，提出兼并过程中存在的问题，并提出相应的对策建议。
By analyzing the cause and the situation that enterprise merger takes place in ourcountry, this paper concludes the problems during our enterprise merging. It also puts forwardwhat countermeasures we should take.
