基于电荷控制的ZVS移相全桥变换器的建模

摘要 文中介绍了一种电流型单周期控制方法——电荷控制法。通过对开关电流的控制,使其在一个周期内达到期望值。利用平均开关模型推导出ZVS移相全桥小信号电路模型。通过该信号模型可以很好地对电路参数进行预测,能够缩短PSPICE软件的仿真时间。仿真结果证明有不错的期望效果。 This paper introduces a current-one-cycle-control, i. e charge control. Its principle is controlling the current of the switch to reach the expected value in a switching period. Using the average switch models, the small signal circuit model of a phase-shifted full-bridge PWM converter was deduced. By utilized this small signal model, the circuit parameters of the converter can be easily predicted, and take much less simulating time of PSPICE. The simulation results show the good expectations.
