摘要
本文从我国农民专业合作社的发展状况入手,深入分析了影响和制约它们发展壮大的几个瓶颈问题。在此基础上,从发展现代农业和建设新农村的要求出发,提出了农民专业合作社建立健全内部运作机制、提高产业化经营程度、缓解资金困难问题和加大政策支持的具体措施。
In this paper, I start my discussion from the development situation of special farmers＇ cooperation, and make a deep analysis on the bottlenecks restricting the development of it. On this basis, I propose that special farmers＇ cooperation should establish and improve its internal operation mechanism, increase the level of industrialization management, ease the fund difficulty, and increase the policy support.
