摘要 对于免疫功能正常的人群，疫苗接种的益处通常大于弊处。而常用疫苗的免疫原性在免疫功能低下患儿，特别是血液系统疾病及移植后患儿的应用始终面腧争议和挑战。本文意在探讨这一临床问题。
