溃疡性结肠炎C-反应蛋白的检测及临床意义 被引量：8

摘要 目的对比溃疡性结肠炎(UC)治疗前后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化,并与健康人血清CRP水平对照,评估血清CRP与UC病情相关性。方法对2005年1月至2007年12月我院诊治的UC患者48例的临床资料及实验室检查结果 进行回顾性分析。结果活动期UC患者治疗前血清CRP水平与对照组及UC患者缓解期治疗后血清CRP水平相比明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论测定C反应蛋白水平有助于判断UC患者病情活动性及其病情严重程度。
