摘要 骨质疏松症成为社会公共问题,其发病机理复杂,营养状况是重要因素之一。本文主要综述了营养因素中的钙、维生素D、维生素A和蛋白质与骨健康的关系:持续补充钙剂并保持充足的维生素D才能维持骨骼健康;摄入过量维生素A似乎对骨骼有不良影响,但还需进一步研究;蛋白质对骨健康的影响有两面性,取决于多种因素。 Osteoporosis becomes public health problem, and the etiology of osteoporosis is considered to be multifactorial, among which nutrition is one of the important factors. This review mainly discussed the relationship between bone health and nutrients, such as calcium, vitamin D, vitamin A and protein. Sufficient calcium supplement intake as well as vitamin D could keep bone healthy. Vitamin A overdose might have negative effect on bone, but more researches were needed to support that. Protein had both positive and negative effect on bone, which depended on many factors.
