摘要
目的了解FibroScan弹性成像仪对肝纤维化的诊断价值及与肝纤维化程度的相关性。方法134例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者经皮肝脏穿刺活检术行病理组织学检查,病理结果按2000年西安全国病毒性肝炎病理诊断标准进行分期。同时行瞬时弹性成像检查。检查结果经x(?)s(均数±标准差)检验有统计学意义。结果1、除S3与S4的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,S1、S2、S3(或S4)瞬时弹性值随肝脏纤维化程度的增长呈增加趋势(P<0.01)。2、S1期95%的可信区间4.818～5.659,S2期95%可信区间为9.185～11.551,S3期95%可信区间为18.845～26.922,S4期95%可信区间为21.390～41.355。结论1、随着肝脏纤维化程度的增加,瞬时弹性值随之增长。2、S1期瞬时弹性值区间范围4.818～5.659,S2期区间范围9.185～11.551,S3期区间范围18.845～26.922,S4期区间范围21.390～41.355。
Objective To investigate correlation of the dignostic performance of the FIBROSCAN technique and the stage of liver fibrosis. Methods Staged by the 2000 Chinese Hepatitis Pathology Dignostic Standard Xi-An,134 patients with chrmic hepatitis B virus, examined the percutaneous liver biopsy, and all the patients had had the examination of FIBROSCAN at the same time. The results were statistically significant, which analyzed by x±s test. Results 1. The FIBROSCAN scores with the stages of liver fibrosis S1,S2 and S3（or S4） showed a increasing trend, with the significant differance （P〈0.01）, in addition to the FIBROSCAN scores between the stage S3 and S4 had no significant differance （P〉0.05）. 2.The CI of the FIBROSCAN scores, with the liver fibrosis pathology stages S1,S2,S3 and S4, were 4.818-5.659, 9.185-11.551, 18.845-26.922 and 21.390-41.355, respectively. Conclusions 1 .With the growth of the degree of liver fibrosis, the FIBROSCAN scoress increases. 2.The FIBROSCAN scores range of the liver fibrosis pathology stages S1 are 4.818-5.659, Scores range of S2 are 9.185-11.551, Scores range of S3 are18.845-26.922 and Scores range of S4 are 21.390-41.355.
