速度向量成像技术评价颈部放疗影响颈总动脉管壁运动的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的应用速度向量成像技术定量分析颈总动脉壁运动,评估颈部放疗对颈总动脉管壁运动的影响。方法利用超声速度向量成像技术对14例颈部放射治疗患者(研究组)和33例正常健康人(对照组)进行检查,分别测量两侧颈总动脉前壁、后壁、内侧壁和外侧壁,并对动脉壁运动进行观察和测量,计算血管壁各点速度向量值。结果研究组与对照组颈总动脉壁运动应变值除右侧颈总动脉后壁和外侧壁外,其余测量点血管壁应变值之间均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论速度向量成像技术为血管壁功能的评价提供了新的方法和指标,能更早地发现颈部放疗对颈总动脉的损伤。 Objective Velocity vector imaging ( VVI ) technique was used to assess carotid wall movement in patients received cervical radiotherapy. Methods Totally 14 cases who received cervical radiotherapy and 33 control healthy subjects were examined with VVI technique and the velocity vector in bilateral carotid wall movement at anterior, posterior, lateral and interior sites of carotid arteries were measured. Results There were significant difference of velocity vector between two groups in all sites except posterior and lateral walls of right carotid. Conclusion VVI is a new method to assess the carotid wall movement, which is valuable in detecting carotid damage early in patients received cervical radiotherapy.
