摘要
目的:观察活络除痹方与臂丛阻滞粘连松解联合治疗重症肩周炎疗效。方法:将80例患者随机为两组,每组40例,两组均采用臂丛阻滞粘连松解治疗,对照组同时口服中药活络除痹方,所有患者按照同一指导方法康复锻炼,3周后对疼痛、日常活动、运动范围及力量进行评分,判断疗效,观察不良反应。结果:两组治疗后各项指标评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后日常活动及运动范围评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治愈率80%,对照组为55%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组为85%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。服中药患者无严重不良反应。结论:活络除痹方与臂丛阻滞粘连松解联合治疗重症肩周炎可提高治愈率、有效率,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the Huoluo Chubifang and brachial plexus block adhesion lysis efficacy of combined treatment of severe frozen shoulder.Methods： 80 patients were randomized into two groups, each comprising 40 patients with brachial plexus block in both groups adhesion lysis treatment,The control group of oral medicine at the same time rolling Chubi side, all patients the same guiding means in accordance with rehabilitation exercises, 3 weeks after the pain, daily activities, range of motion and strength to score, to determine efficacy, adverse reactions observed. The treatment group, the total effective rate was 100% in the control group was 85%, were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Serving traditional Chinese medicine in patients with no serious adverse reactions. Co nclusion：Huoluo Chubifang and brachial plexus block adhesion lysis combined treatment of severe frozen shoulder can improve the cure rate, efficient and worthy to be popularized.
