摘要
对7个猴头菇菌株进行了鉴定和栽培出菇比较试验。经鉴定,H3、H4、H5为同株异名,其他4个菌株均为不同的品种。根据子实体发生快慢,将H1、H7、H8划分为慢生型菌株;H3、H4、H5、H6划分为快生型菌株。品种比较和不同温度下栽培试验结果表明,产量高、质量好的菌株有H1和H6。H1菌株适宜出菇温度范围为15~28℃,最适出菇温度为20~25℃;H6菌株适宜出菇温度为5~28℃,最适宜出菇温度为5~25℃。不同原料组成栽培结果表明,猴头菇在含棉籽壳高的培养料上产量高,随着阔叶树木屑含量增加,产量下降。
strains of Hericium erinaceus were identified and cultivated. Results showed that H3,H4 and H5 were same strain with differed names and the other four strains were different species. According to the speed of their fruitbody formation,H1,H7 and H8 were classified into the slow growing strains,and H3,H4,H5 and H6 were classified into fast growing strains H1 and H6 were the strains with the highest yields and the best quality under different temperature.H1 can produce fruitbody from 15 28℃ and the optimum temperature is from 20 to 25℃ H6 can produce fruitbooly from 5 to 28℃ and the optimum temperature is from 5 to 25℃.The experiments of different material ingredients showed that the yield of Hericium erinaceus increased with the increase of content of cotton seed hull and decreased with the increase of the sawdust content of broadleaf tree
