摘要
在分析高职女生依附性人格特征的基础上,提出从高职女生双性化人格培育入手,有针对性地开展女生独立人格教育,加强女生择业、创业指导以及积极的心理干预,以塑造女生的独立人格.
Based on analyses of the characteristics of vocational girl students' dependent personality, this paper proposes, commencing with the cultivation of their androgynous personality, to develop with a clear aim the education of female independent personality, and to intensify girl students' career and pioneer guidance and positive psychological intervention, so as to create the female independent personality.
