摘要 文章作者以外教翻译身份长期工作在训练一线。三年以来,认真观察总结广东皮划艇队的训练计划与安排,剖析及深入认识了其所代表的德国传统派皮划艇训练的本质特征及规律。通过广东队这几年的训练比赛实践来看,证明了德国传统的周期训练理论是一种严密的、行之有效的训练体系。 The author of this article worked as a translator in Guangdong canoeing team. In the past three years, the author ob- served and summarized the characteristic of the foreign coach's training plan, which represent Germany traditional canoeing training system. From the result of Guangdong canoeing team in the past several years, it had been proved that traditional peri- od training theory applied in Guangdong canoeing team is a rigorous and effective training system.
