摘要
目前,在我国竞技体育领域内频繁的爆发争议与纠纷。研究通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法,试从竞技体育与体育法规的一般理论入手,针对我国体育发展及其法制建设的实际情况与客观需要,调查我国竞技体育纠纷现状及解决的主要途径,进而探讨我国竞技体育纠纷处理的法制缺陷,旨在为我国建立体育仲裁制度提供理论参考。
In recent years, disputes and dissensions broke out frequently in the field of sports. How to solve the phenomenon of inequity and partiality appeared in the field of sports has become a hot issue in China. By methods of literature review, ques- tionnaires investigation, expert interviewing, this paper try to discuss the legal institutions defect of handling sport dispute in China. It aims at providing the theory reference for China to set up sports arbitrating system.
