摘要
目的建立黄连上清片微生物限度检查方法并对其进行验证。方法采用培养基稀释法,测定5种阳性对照菌回收率。结果5种菌株的回收率均高于70%,且控制菌检查具有专属性。结论可以采用培养基稀释法检查黄连上清片微生物限度。
Objective A microbial limit test method was established for Huanglian Shangqing Tablets. Methods Medium dilution method were used to determine the recovery rates of 5 positive control strains. Results Each of the 5 control bacterium recovery rate was more than 70% and the control germs examination check was specific. Conclusion Medium dilution method could be used in microbial limit test for Huanglian Shangqing Tablets.
