摘要
当阴道生态环境改变和阴道免疫功能失衡,使正常阴道内的菌群失衡或感染致病病原体时,即发生细菌性阴道病。细菌性阴道病与许多严重的妇产科并发症有直接关系,并可加速人类免疫缺陷病毒的传播。随着电子及生物学技术的进步,人们对该病的认识不断深入。近年来,研究人员在其病原学研究、检验效能的提高以及治疗措施的改进等各方面均取得了长足进展。
Bacterial vaginosis occurred when the changes of the vaginal environment and the imbalance of the vaginal immune function induce to the imbalance of the normal vaginal flora or the infection of pathogens.Bacterial vaginosis has relation with a number of serious complications of obstetrics and gynecology directly,and may accelerate the spread of human immunodeficiency virus.Along with the advances in electronic and biological technology people continue to deepen understanding of the disease.And the researchers have made considerable progress on the research of its etiology and the improvement of its diagnosis and treatment measures in recent years.
