摘要 Toll样受体2(TLR-2)是一种跨膜受体,在病原体感染机体中可发挥天然免疫作用,并通过其胞内信号转导而连接获得性免疫。基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)是一种可降解细胞外基质的内肽酶,其作用底物为Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ型胶原以及明胶等。近年来研究发现,相对于正常外耳道上皮、中耳的胆脂瘤上皮中TLR-2和MMP-9均为高表达。 Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR-2) is a member of transmembrane receptors,which can induce the innate immunity when the body is infected by pathogens.It also enhances the acquired immunity through its intracellular signal transduction.Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) is an endopeptidase,which can degrade extracellular matrix.Its substrates are collagens Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ,and gelatin.Recent studies showed that TLR-2 and MMP-9 were overexpressed in the epithelia of the middle ear cholesteatoma,in contrast to those in normal auditory canal epithelia.
