炎症性肠病化学致癌动物模型的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 炎症性肠病是一类具有癌变倾向特点的疾病,临床研究中存在诸多限制,应用动物模型是较理想的研究途径。在肠炎基础上化学方法诱癌,操作简便、周期短、模拟度高,可阐明癌变的某些重要分子机制,也是研究肠癌形成过程中炎症作用的重要方法,为进一步药物试验创造条件。该方法国外已较成熟,值得推广使用。 Inflammatory bowel disease is a kind of cancer-prone disease.There are many restrictions in clinical studies.However,using animal models may be a satisfactory way for study.Tumorigenesis induced by chemical carcinogens on the basis of colitis is simple operation,short cycle and high simulated.It could explain some of the important molecular mechanism of cancer,also is an important way to study the role of inflammation in colon cancer formation,so as to create conditions for further drug trials.This method has been more matured abroad,and it is worth using widely.
