氮、磷、铁、硅营养盐对底栖硅藻生长速率的影响 被引量:37

Influence of Iron and Silicon Nutrients on the Growth Rates of Three Benthic Diatoms

摘要 用原位光密度测定法探讨了铁、硅单因子营养盐及氮、磷、铁、硅多因子组合对3种底栖硅藻生长速率的影响。单因子试验结果表明,对盾卵形藻小形变种、咖啡形双眉藻和柔软舟形藻,FeEDTA都明显优于柠檬酸铁,其铁的最适浓度均为05mg/L,而硅盐中硅的最适浓度约为25mg/L。多因子组合试验结果表明,培养这3种底栖硅藻的氮、磷、铁、硅的最佳浓度(mg/L)及配比为:盾卵形藻小形变种50∶025∶05∶20;咖啡形双眉藻25∶10∶10∶20;柔软舟形藻50∶015∶05∶20。 The influence of iron and silicon nutrients on the growth rates of three benthic diatoms, namely Cocconeis scutellum var. Parva, Amphora coffeaeformis and Navicula mollis was studied by using an in situ OD measurement. The results showed that Fe EDTA was better than ferric citrate in the acceleration of the growth rates for all the three diatoms. The optimum concentration of Fe EDTA was 0.5 mg/L and the optimum silicate concentration was 2 mg/L in the artificial seawater medium for C. scutellum var. Parva , and 2.5 in the natural seawater medium for all the three diatoms. The orthogonal test of the four factors of nitrogen, phosphorous, iron and silicon showed that the optimal concentration ratios (mg/L) of the four nutrients were as follows: 5.0∶0.25∶0.5∶2.0 for C. scutellum var. Parva ; 2.5∶1.0∶1.0∶2.0 for A. coffeaeformis ; 5.0∶0.15∶0.5∶2.0 for N. mollis. And among the four factors, silicon had very remarkable promotion to the growth rate of the three diatoms.
