布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗耳鼻喉科急性炎症效果观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨布地奈德混悬液在治疗耳鼻喉科急性炎症的作用,寻找治疗耳鼻喉科急性炎症的理想方法。方法:将200例耳鼻喉科急性炎症(急性喉炎100例,急性会厌炎100例)患者随机分为观察组与对照组各100例,对照组采用传统的雾化液(庆大霉素、地塞米松、α-糜蛋白酶、生理盐水20 mL)雾化吸入,观察组采用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,观察两组2 h后症状缓解的病例数,并进行统计学处理。结果:观察组在疼痛、声音嘶哑、咽异物感缓解情况、呼吸困难改善情况等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗耳鼻喉科急性炎症效果明显,且可避免因使用庆大霉素引起的神经及耳毒性。
