摘要
目的分析恶性肿瘤患者化疗后的心电图改变情况。方法对2007年1月～2009年7月在我院采用不同化疗方案的300例恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果化疗后110例患者出现心电图异常,其中28例ST段下移,24例窦性心动过速,16例T波改变,12例低电压,6例房性期前收缩,4例室性期前收缩,4例不完全性右束支传导阻滞,4例短阵房性心动过速,2例左前分支传导阻滞,2例窦性心动过缓。结论化疗对心脏具有一定的毒性作用,心电图可以为临床医生拟定治疗方案时提供有效的参考。
Objective To analyze the ECG of patients with malignant tumors after chemotherapy to change the situation. Methods From January 2007 to July 2009, 300 patients with malignant tumors using different chemotherapy regimens in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed clinical data. Results After chemotherapy, 110 patients were found with ECG abnormalities, of which 28 cases of ST segment depression, 24 cases of sinus tachycardia, 16 cases of T-wave changes, 12 cases of low-voltage, 6 cases of atrial premature contraction, 4 cases of ventricular contraction, 4 cases of incomplete right bundle branch block, 4 cases of a short array atrial tachycardia, 2 cases of left anterior hemiblock, 2 cases of sinus bradycardia. Conclusion Chemotherapy on the heart has some certain toxic effects; electrocardiogram can be clinicians to develop treatment programs to provide valid reference point.
