摘要
本文对西方“企业文化”理论作了历史的探讨．第一阶段，本世纪初至７０年代，企业文化理论包容在商业以及组织管理文化之中；第二阶段，本世纪７０年代末至８０年代，企业文化理论明确提出，并得到系统论证；第三阶段，本世纪９０年代以来。
This article gives a description of the development of the corporation culture theory which came into being with the management culture theory of business and general organization between 1900 and 1970. At the second stage some scholars gave a clear systemical description and justification in this field in the 1980s. At the third, that is, the present stage, the theory is developed further and gives us much inspiration in the management of corporations.
