摘要
党的十六届三中全会中提出,"坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展","统筹城乡发展、统筹区域发展、统筹经济社会发展、统筹人与自然和谐发展、统筹国内发展和对外开放",推进各项事业的改革和发展。当前,矿产资源开发利用中存在着一些突出问题,如矿业权设置不合理、资源浪费、环境破坏严重。文章以贵州省为例,分析了当前矿产资源开发利用中存在的一些问题,并提出了建议。
The paper focuses on analysis of the problems,such as unreasonable establishment of mining rights,waste of resources,environmental destruction seriously. Be based upon the situation of Guizhou province,the paper proposes some methods for implementing the concept of scientific development in the course of mineral development and utilization.
