摘要
缓解我国矿产资源紧缺的局面,关键是建立一个适合市场经济体系发展的矿产资源风险勘查融资和投资机制。矿产资源的风险勘查投资是一种风险投资。国外风险投资的理论与实践经验对建立我国的风险勘查融资和投资机制及运作模式有借鉴作用。地勘单位是我国风险勘查事业的主力军,要建立新的机制,首先要将地勘单位改革为股份制公司,其次,将风险投资的金融资本通过风险勘查项目吸引到地质找矿的事业中来,实现两者的结合,达到双赢,最终推动我国矿产资源风险勘查事业的良性和持续发展。
The paper points out that the crux of the matter for alleviating the shortage situation of China's mineral resources is to establish risk exploration fi nancing and investment mechanism of mineral resources which is suitable for the development of market economy. And it argues that geological prospecting units should use the risk investment theory and practice experience of other countries for reference to establish a new mechanism. The specific methods include:reforming the geological prospecting unit to joint-stock company; attracting financial capital of risk investment to the cause of the geological prospecting through risk exploration project,and eventually promote the cause of risk exploration of mineral resources towards benign and sustainable development.
