摘要
提出了流动注射梯度技术和广义标准加入法用于校正ICP-AES测定中的基体和光谱干扰,该方法只需配制待测元素的一个标准溶液就可获得GSAM方法中所需要的信息.详细讨论了载流流速、延迟时间等操作参数的选择并分析了两个合成试样、铜合金和钢铁试样中的锌、锰和砷,相对标准偏差在0.5~1.9%之间.
A method based on a flow injection gradient technique (FIGT) and generalized standard addition method GSAM is developed for the elimination of matrix and/or spectra interferences. Only one standard for an analyte is used to obtain the signals required for the evaluation in the GSAM. Operating parameters, including the carrier flow rates and residence times, are discussed in detail. To assess the proposed method, two synthetic samples, tow types of Cu alloys and steel were analysed for Zn, Mn and As respectively. The Relative Standard Deviations are in the range of 0. 5-1. 9%.
