摘要
中国的港澳台地区音乐都享有大致相同的政治及文化背景,都发轫于同一个时期。"二战"后,在"多元化"的新格局中,港澳台地区和祖国内地都得到充分的发展。一方面,随着科技、通讯等的突飞猛进,中国这四个地区的经济也别无选择地进入了"全球化"的轨道,并获得了新的发展机遇;另一方面,以"反恐"为特点的局部战争和世界性经济危机,也对这四个地区形成了一定的威胁。随着世界政治经济形势的不断发展和改善,祖国内地及港澳台地区的音乐文化事业必将获得新的发展机遇。在发展过程中,值得审慎和思考的是如何解决各种新矛盾。首先,从祖国内地和"光复后"的中国台湾省讲,音乐文化的发展仍一直受政治形势的影响。其次,祖国内地幅员极其广阔,又经历了几千年多民族的反复交融,已经逐渐形成比较牢固和独特的民族传统。在当前世界"全球化"发展的过程中,中国音乐创作的发展还是愈来愈丰富多彩、更符合绝大多数人民的希望和要求的。再次,一个国家、一个民族的音乐艺术的发展必须倚靠大量本民族优秀音乐家的努力。这一点,祖国内地几十年来的努力可说是取得了一定的成绩和经验。相形之下,我们的台湾省次之、香港特区取得的进步值得重视,而澳门特区则刚刚起步不久。我们相信光明的未来必将实现,期待中国现代音乐文化的美好前景,必将以更加灿烂的面貌光照全球。
Music in Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan shares similar political and cultural background and begins at the same period. In the new pattern of ＂multiplicity＂ after WWII,music in Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan,and in China's Mainland undergoes full development. On the one hand,with the rapid development of science and telecommunication,the economy in the four areas inevitably enters the track of ＂globalization＂ and acquires new opportunities for development. On the other hand,local wars with ＂anti-terrorism＂ characteristics and worldwide economic crises also threaten the four areas. With the continuous development and perfection of world political and economical condition,music and culture in the mainland and Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan will definitely acquire new opportunity for development. But in the process of development,we need to carefully consider how to solve various news conflicts confronting us. First,from the perspective of China's Mainland and ＂recovered＂ Taiwan,development of music and culture is still under the influence of the political condition. Second,China's Mainland,with vast territory and thousands of years of nationality integration,has gradually formed relatively firm and unique nationality tradition. In the contemporary process of ＂globalization＂,Chinese music creation should be even more colorful to meet the need of most people. Third,the development of musical art of a certain country and a certain nationality must depend on the efforts of many excellent musicians. It seems that the endeavor of the mainland in the past years has got some achievement and experience. In comparison,Taiwan is in the second place,Hong Kong＇s achievements are valuable,and Macao has a beginning. We believe that bright future is bound to be realized. We are expecting that the beautiful prospect of modern Chinese musical culture will definitely show in the world with even splendid images.
