摘要
培养社会所需的高素质人才是高校得以生存和发展的重要基石。为使理工科高校能够培养出适合社会需求的优秀人才,就当前部分理工科高校的课堂教学、实践环节和毕业设计现状进行了有针对性地分析,并查找影响人才培养质量的问题,提出了一些对策和建议,以期对高校当前的教育改革和人才培养质量的提高做出一份贡献。
The survival and development of the university is depended on training high level talented persons needed by the society. In order to help the university training excellent talents for the society, the current problems in indoor teaching, practice education and graduation design are analyzed, and accordingly, some countermeasures and suggestions are presented.
