摘要
基于安全事故形成的内外部原因,分析了公路工程施工过程中的不安全因素,提出公路工程施工安全事故危险源控制的及时评审原则和事故预防原则。从建立公路工程施工危险源系统、分级管理体系,制定危险源分级控制管理办法和细化安全技术交底等方面论述了危险源的控制管理措施。
Based on the analysis of highway construction safety incidents, the internal and external reasons of safety incidents are studied. The principles for timely assessment and accident prevention in highway construction are proposed in this paper. The methods of controlling and managing hazards are discussed, which include building the highway construction hazards system, building the classification management system, constituting the classification controlling of hazards and establishing explicit safety technology communication system.
