摘要
目的了解川椒方治疗过敏性结膜炎的初步效果。方法依据纳入和排除标准纳入63例过敏性结膜炎患者,治疗组33例,对照组30例,治疗组口服川椒方,每日1剂,对照组滴用色甘酸钠眼液每日4次,观察眼痒、结膜充血改善情况。结果川椒方治疗7天眼痒改善率75.75%,14天改善93.75%,治疗7天结膜充血改善27.27%,14天改善59.38%,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗7天眼痒改善40%,14天改善62.07%,治疗7天结膜充血改善26.67%,14天41.38%,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7天与14天两组组间比较眼痒差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组,结膜充血的比较两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论川椒方能有效改善过敏性结膜炎患者的症状和体征,治疗过敏性结膜炎有一定优势。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Chuanjiao Decoction in treating allergic conjunctivitis.METHODS Sixty-three patients with allergic conjunctivitis were enrolled.Thirty-three cases were in treatment group and 30 cases were in control group according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Patients in treatment group were administrated by Chuanjiao Decoction while those in the control group were given 2% Sodium Eromoglicate eye drop four times a day.Extent of eye itch and hyperemia were observed.RESULT The improvement rate for eye itch was 75.75% in 7 days and 93.75% in 14 days in treatment group while the improvement rate of those in control group was 40% and 62.07% respectively.The improvement rate for hyperemia was 27.27% in 7days and 59.38% in 14 days in treatment group while in the control group was 26.67% 7days and 41.38% 14 days respectively.The eye itch and hyperemia for both group were improved significantly after treatment（P0.05）.The eye itch was significantly different between two groups（P0.05）,and the improvement of treatment group was superior to that of control group.But no significant difference was found between groups about hyperemia after treatment.CONCLUSION Chuanjiao Decoction can relieve the symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis,improve the eye itch and hyperemia.The effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group.
