摘要
针对山西省水库除险加固,提高防洪减灾能力,合理管理、调派利用水资源及加强科学防汛工作而开发的综合应用系统。系统开发采用Oracle网络数据库,应用了多媒体技术、可视化技术、JSP动态WEB技术等,是以网络数据库为核心,集电子地图浏览、信息查询为一身的综合性信息系统。重点介绍了系统的结构、功能以及设计开发。
The comprehensive information system is developed to the purpose of danger removal and consolidation of the dangerous reservoirs in Shanxi province, strengthening flood mitigation ability, reasoning distribution of water resources and scientific flood-prevention framework establishment. This system has Oracle Network database as its core and embodied in electronic map browsing and information search with the employment of multimedia technology, visualization technology and JSP dynamic WEB technology. This paper introduces the structure, function and design of the system.
