摘要
采用石灰超细微颗粒悬浮法为主控制池塘生态环境，中草药针剂注射为辅的方法，成功的控制了由嵌砂样病毒（Ａｒｅｎａｖｉｒｕｓ）引起的暴发性三角帆蚌瘟病。７０００只育珠蚌两周年成活率９７３％，药物费用仅占产珠成本的二十分之一。结果表明，提高生态环境的ｐＨ并增加其钙浓度可以抑制蚌瘟病。后来应用此法控制鱼、贝类病毒病，推广面积达１２００公倾。
The disease of the pearl clams is cansed by viruses (Arenavirus)that infects almost all tissues of the clams.In the first place,appling the suspended method of quick lime control ecological environment of the ponds and then inject chinese hearbs into clams.Survival rate of the pearl clams was more 95 0% in the two years.The controling cost was one-twentieth for output value of the pearls.The results shows that it can controls the viral disease of the clams to increase pH of the ecologiacl envionment and rise the calcium concentration.Later applied this method to control the viral diseases of fishes and molluscs were very successful.Applied areas were more 1100 ha.
