摘要
介绍了双层烘缸的特点和类型,与传统烘缸对比,分析探讨了多通道双层烘缸表面温度分布不均的原因和机理。从改变烘缸外壁,改变烘缸组进出汽方式,分析离心力三个方面减小多通道烘缸表面温差,优化烘缸表面温度分布。
The paper introduces types and characteristics of the two deck dryer. Compared with the tradi- tional dryer, it analyses and discusses the causes and mechanism of surface temperature's uneven distribu- tion of multi-channel double-dryer. To change the outer wall's structure of the dryer,to change the way of dryer group's steam, and to analyze the centrifugal force, reduces the surface temperature of multi-channel dryer in three aspects, optimizing the dryer surface temperature distribution.
