摘要
目的:观察反流性食管炎应用康复新液治疗的效果。方法:通过内镜确诊食管炎后随机分为常规组40例,给奥美拉唑胶囊20mg,加多潘立酮片10mg,早、晚各1次,早上于早餐前半小时服用,晚上于睡前半小时服用。康复新组42例,在常规组的基础上加康复新液20ml,早、晚各1次,早上于早餐前半小时服用,晚上于睡前半小时服用,1个疗程均为4周,疗程结束后复查内镜,并进行临床症状及内镜结果的评价,评价两组的总有效率。结果:康复新组显效28例,有效12例,总有效率为95.2%。常规组显效14例,有效17例,总有效率为77.5%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:反流性食管炎加用康复新液治疗,症状缓解快,创面修复快,优于常规组。
Objective： To observe the application of reflux esophagitis Kangfuxin of liquid treatment effect. Methods： Esophagitis diagnosed by endoscopy were randomly divided into normal group of 40 patients, who were given Omeprazole Capsules 20 mg, added Domperidone Tablets 10 mg, half an hour before breakfast and half an hour before going to bed to take. The group of 42 cases of Kangfuxin, on the basis of conventional group plus Kangfuxin of liquid 20 ml, half an hour before breakfast and half an hour before going to bed to take. Courses were four weeks, after the review of endoscopic treatment,and clinical symptoms and endoscopic evaluation of the results, evaluated the efficiency of the two groups total. Results： Kangfuxin group of 28 cases markedly effective in 12 cases, total effectived rate was 95.2%.The conventional group 14 cases, 17 effective cases,the total effective rate was 77.5%. Difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Reflux esophagitis plus Kangfuxin of liquid therapy to alleviate symptoms faster wound healing fast, better than the conventional group.
