摘要
目的:探讨腹部手术后切口脂肪液化的原因和防治措施。方法:回顾分析1997年11月~2009年11月笔者所在医院112例腹部手术后发生切口脂肪液化的患者的临床资料。结果:肥胖、糖尿病、低蛋白血症、贫血、使用高频电刀、过度牵拉挤压、长时间暴露、留有死腔、不当的切口位置等因素与脂肪液化有关,采取综合处理后全部愈合。结论:避免切口脂肪液化发生的因素,及早发现及综合有效的处理能预防切口脂肪液化或缩短愈合时间,减轻患者的痛苦。
Objective:To probe into the etiology and prophylactic-therapeutic measures in the fat liquefaction abdominal incision. Methods: The clinical data of 112 patients who received abdominal surgical operation and the abdominal incision occur fat liquefaction from November 1997 to November 2009 were analiyzed. Results: Adiposity,diabetes,hypoproteinemia,anemia,electrotome knife,overly tractive and mouthpiece pressing,time exposure,leave physiological dead space,undue location of the incision related to the fat liquefaction,it would cicatrization after adopting synthesize. Conclusion: Avoid the elements of the fat liquefaction,find it out and do some effective disposal can prevent the fat liquefaction or shorten the time of cicatrisation ,lighten the patiens'pain.
