摘要
以某400型稀燃发动机为研究对象,分析了其冷启动的排放。试验表明:前25 s的排放最不理想,30 s之后趋于稳定。提出了采用组合式催化剂(Pt-Rh和Pt-Pd-Rh)控制排放的策略,同时印证了匹配后对原发动机特性的影响不大。组合控制在290~350℃的温度区间内,NOX的转化率达到了70%,整车排放也达到了国III标准。
Taking one 400 lean-burn engine as the research subject, an cold-start shows that the emissions are the worst in the first 25 seconds, onds. An integrated catalysts (Pt-Rh & Pt-Pd-Rh) strategy is proposed paper. After matching with engine, original characteristics change little, experimental analysis of its and are stable after 30 secto control emissions in this which is demonstrated with experiments. The conversion efficiency of NOx reaches 70% between 290 - 350℃, and vehicle emissions also meet the state standards Ⅲ.
