摘要
介绍了在煤浮选中采用药剂乳化可加快煤的浮选速度,降低药耗,提高精煤产率和可燃体回收率。分析了由于乳化过程的延迟性,乳化液的不稳定性,阻碍了浮选药剂在线乳化乃至乳化自动控制的发展。提出了在浮选自动加药系统上融入药剂乳化自动控制的思路,进行了药剂乳化自动控制系统的初步设计,旨在实现在线药剂乳化。
reagent emulsification in the coal flotation can accelerate the floating speed, reduce drug consumption,increase yield of the clean coal and recovery rate of combustible material. Analyze because of the delayed in emulsification process and instability of emulsified liquid, hinder the development of online emulsifying and emulsification auto-control of flotation reagent. Thought of adopt reagent emulsification auto-control integrating into flotation automatic reagent feeding system is raised, preliminary plan of reagent emulsification auto-control system is done to realize on-line reagent emulsification
