摘要 介绍了某含铀多金属硫钼矿采用拌酸熟化后搅拌浸出,铀、钼浸出率分别为91.74%和95.15%,浸出渣中残余铀、钼品位较低,含U 0.0075%、含Mo 0.045%。利用叔胺(N235)作萃取剂,以铀钼共萃形式进行萃取与反萃取,从而实现了铀、钼的富集和分离,其萃取率大于99%,反萃取率大于97%。试验获得重铀酸铵产品含U 69.76%和钼酸铵产品含Mo 52.7%的指标。 Aim at the orebody composition of a polymetallic sulfur-molybdenum ore which contains uranium, agitation leaching by mixed acid aging, the leaching rate of uranium and molybdenum is 91. 74% and 95.15% ,respectively, grade of residual uranium and molybdenum are low in leaching residue, the content of uranium and molybdenum is 0. 0075% and 0. 045%, respectively . Using N235 as extractant, the separation and concentration of uranium and molybdenum is carried out by extraction and stripping in the form of uranium and molybdenum extraction together, and the extraction rate is over 99%, stripping rate is over 97%. The content of uranium in the ammonium diuranate obtained in the experiment was 69.76%, and the content of molybdenum in the ammonium molybdate was 52.7%.
