摘要
海洋中蕴藏着丰富的生物资源,通过酶解可获得具有特殊功能和结构的生物活性物质,提供了重要物质来源。针对虾类、贝类、鱼类和其他海洋生物蛋白酶解物中的生物活性肽进行了综述,介绍了活性肽的国内外研究进展,为进一步开展海洋活性多肽研究提供了参考。
Marine contains plenty of biological resources, with special features available through zymolysis and structure of bioactive substances ,which provide an important source of material. Research of bioactive peptides in protein substratum from shrimp, shellfish, fish, and other marine lives was summarized. In order to provide reference for further research of ma- rine bioactive peptides s research progress of bioaetive peptides at home and abroad was introduced.
