摘要
新城疫病毒（ＮＤＶ）鸡胚尿囊液和产蛋下降综合症病毒（ＥＤＳＶ）鸭胚尿囊液在不同保护剂和保存条件下血凝（ＨＡ）试验结果表明，以１０％甘油做保护剂制备的抗原，在－１８℃、４～８℃和常温条件下可保存一年，其ＨＡ效价稳定。抗原制备方法简单，成本低廉，适合基层生产单位使用。
Hemagglutination test of NDV chicken embryo and EDSV duck embryo allantoic fluid under different protective conditions showed that the prepared antigen using 10% glycerol as protective agent can be kept for one year under -18℃,4～8℃,and common temperature conditions,with HA titer having no significant change.This method preparing HI antigen is simple,with low cost and wide spreading value.
