摘要
将过敏性紫癜分为风热伤络、血热妄行、阴虚火旺、脾肾气虚、气阴两虚型辨证,治宜凉血活血、养血活瘀为主,酌加紫草、薏苡仁以防其副作用。
Allergic purpura was differentiated into the following types,wind-heat damaging the collaterals,bleeding due to blood-heat,hyperactivity of fire due to deficiency of yin,qi deficiency of kidney and spleen,deficiency of qi and yin.The treatment should put emphasis on cooling blood and promoting blood circulation and nourishing blood and removing blood stasis and Zicao and Yiyiren should be added properly to prevent the side effects.
