摘要
目的:观察参蝎化瘀汤联合西药治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的疗效。方法:随机将80例糖尿病合并冠心病患者分为2组各40例,对照组予以常规降糖药和扩张冠状动脉药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用参蝎化瘀汤。结果:治疗4个月后两组比较,心绞痛、心电图的总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.01);两组空腹血糖均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);未发现明显的毒性和不良反应。结论:在常规西药治疗的基础上,加用参蝎化瘀汤治疗糖尿病合并冠心病疗效显著。
Objective：To explore the effect of Shen Xie Hua Yu Decoction in treating diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods：80 patients with diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group of 40 patients and control group of 40 patients.The control group was given conventional hypoglycemic drugs and coronary expansion drugs while the treatment group,was added Shen Xie Hua Yu Decoction on the basis of the above conventional treatment.Results：After 4 months＇ treatment,the total effective rate of angina pectoris and ECG had significant difference（P〈0.01）;the fasting blood glucose in both groups decreased significantly（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）;no obvious toxicity and adverse reactions were found.Conclusion：The conventional western medicine,based on the conventional western medicine treatment,the add of Shen Xie Hua Yu Decoction has significant efficacy in treating diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease.
