摘要
目的:观察自拟益胃和营汤联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将136例门诊病人随机分为治疗组(68例)和对照组(68例),两组均服用莫沙必利片5mg,每日3次,餐前30min服用,治疗组加服自拟益胃和营汤,每日1剂,1个疗程(14d)后观察主要症状变化及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组有效率89.71%,对照组有效率79.41%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组主要症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无不良反应;中医分型中,肝郁气滞型有效率95.45%,肝郁脾虚型有效率94.74%,脾虚痰湿型有效率75.00%,寒热错杂型有效率86.67%。结论:益胃和营汤联合莫沙必利可明显改善FD患者的临床症状;肝郁气滞、肝郁脾虚证型,疗效优于痰湿型及寒热错杂型。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of self-made Yi Wei He Ying Decoction and Mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods：136 outpatients diagnosed as functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into treatment group（68 cases）and control group（68 cases）,both of which were given mosapride tablets 5mg,3 times a day,taken 30min before meal.The treatment group took Yi Wei He Ying Decoction,one formula a day,twice a day.The main changes of symptoms and adverse reactions were observed after a course of treatment（14 d）Results：The total effective rate was 89.71% in the treatment group,the total efficiency rate was 79.41% in the control group and there is a significant difference（P〈0.05）;the main symptom improvement in the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;There were no adverse reactions in both groups;In TCM syndrome differentiation,the total effective rate of liver qi stagnation type was 95.45%,the total effective rate of stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of the spleen type was 94.74%,the total effective rate of spleen deficiency with phlegm type was 75.00%,the total effective rate of cold and heat complex type 86.67%.Conclusion：Yi Wei He Ying Decoction combined with mosapride can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with FD;in TCM Syndromes,the liver qi stagnation and liver depression and spleen deficiency as the major types,which have better curative effect than phlegm-damp type and cold-heat complex type.
