摘要
采用形态学和分子生物学方法,鉴定了玉米圆斑病菌并对其生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明,菌落生长最适培养基为PDA,最适温度为25℃;分生孢子萌发的最适碳源为蔗糖,浓度为0.5%,最适pH为7,最适温度为25℃,在不同培养基上分生孢子形态变化比较大。
The germ of maize leaf spot and its germ biological characteristics were identified and studied by morphological and molecular biological methods respectively. The results showed that the optimum colonial growth condition of maize leaf spot was PDA medium at 25℃, and the optimum condition for its conidium germination was 0. 5% sucrose and pH 7 at 25℃. There were obvious differences in morphological change of its conidia cultured on different medias.
