摘要
金属多孔材料是一类有别于金属致密材料的特殊功能材料,在各种恶劣工业环境中已得到广泛应用。本文综述了目前金属多孔材料的分类、腐蚀类型、电化学腐蚀和高温化学腐蚀的腐蚀机理,论述了失重法、电阻法、强度法、孔隙特征参比法、电化学阻抗法等金属多孔材料腐蚀检测评价方法的发展和应用现状,探讨了金属多孔材料腐蚀行为研究中存在的主要问题,指出了此领域今后的发展前景及研究方向。
Porous metal materials as a kind of special function materials have been widely applied to aggressive industrial environments. The classification, corrosion types, mechanism of electrochemical corrosion and chemical corrosion at high temperatures of metal porous meterials have been summarized. The development and current application of various corrosion testing methods for porous metal materials, for example, weight-loss method, electric resistance method, strength method, pore characteristic reference method and electrochemical impedance method, have been introduced. The main problems in corrosion behavior research of the porous metal materials have been discussed. The development prospects and research directions in this field have been pointed out.
